Human Engage er dataansvarlig for dine personoplysninger. Henvendelser vedrørende persondata skal ske via de kontaktoplysninger, der er anført nederst på siden. For deltagere i vores undersøgelser

Når vi hos Human Engage kontakter individer for at gennemføre en undersøgelse, håndterer vi visse personoplysninger, såsom e-mailadresse, telefonnummer, navn, alder og postnummer. Disse oplysninger stammer typisk fra offentligt tilgængelige kilder, kundelister fra den virksomhed, der har bestilt undersøgelsen, eller oplysninger, som respondenten selv angiver. Dette sker f.eks. i forbindelse med undersøgelser af kundetilfredshed, medarbejdertilfredshed eller brugeroplevelser. Deltagelse i vores undersøgelser er altid frivillig, og de indsamlede data behandles med dit samtykke. Du kan til enhver tid trække dit samtykke tilbage.

Formål med behandlingen
Vi behandler dine kontaktoplysninger for at kunne invitere dig til at deltage i vores undersøgelser og meningsmålinger, herunder interne undersøgelser som lederevalueringer og medarbejderundersøgelser. I de fleste tilfælde anonymiseres de oplysninger, du giver os, og kombineres med data fra andre deltagere, før de videregives til vores kunder til statistiske formål. Hvis vi har behov for at anvende dine data i en ikke-anonymiseret form, vil du blive informeret herom, og vi vil indhente dit samtykke på forhånd.

Data fra vores undersøgelser anvendes til at analysere og forbedre produkter, tjenester, markedsføringstiltag samt arbejdsmiljø, trivsel og ledelse. Brug af databehandlere

Vi benytter Microsoft Azure til opbevaring og håndtering af data samt Alchemer, Enalyzer og SurveyExact til gennemførelse af vores undersøgelser og meningsmålinger. Disse databehandlere er nøje udvalgt for at sikre, at dine personoplysninger behandles i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning om databeskyttelse.

Sletteprocedurer

Human Engage is responsible for handling your personal data. Inquiries regarding personal data should be made via the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. We process personal data based on legitimate interest, consent, or, in certain cases, as a result of contractual or legal obligations. 

For participants in our surveys 

When Human Engage contacts individuals to conduct a survey, we handle certain personal data, such as email addresses, phone numbers, names, ages, and postal codes. This information typically comes from publicly available sources, customer lists provided by the company commissioning the survey, or information provided directly by respondents. This may include surveys on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, or user experiences. Participation in our surveys is always voluntary, and the collected data is processed with your consent. Purpose of processing 

We process your contact information to invite you to participate in our surveys and polls, including internal surveys such as leadership evaluations and employee assessments. These data processors are carefully selected to ensure that your personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
